Placement orientation conference for year 4 students on teacher education programmes in the 2025-2026 academic year
On 04.09.2025 at 10.00 Academician А. Куатбекова Peoples’ Friendship University hosted an orientation conference for year 4 students on teacher education programmes. After the conference, year 4 students in the 2025-2026 academic year were sent on professional teaching placements. Participants included the Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Affairs, the Head of Graduate Employment and Placements, the Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Affairs, deans and year 4 students.

The conference was opened by the Head of Employment and Placements at Academician А. Куатбекова Peoples’ Friendship University, Шалкеева Айсулу Анваровна, who highlighted the importance of professional teaching placements. In her address, A. A. Shalkeeva explained the documents required for the placement and wished the graduating students success.
The university’s Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Affairs, Бердибекова Гульмира Султанбековна, stressed the significance of the conference for year 4 students in combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills. She emphasised that a placement — is a key step towards applying theoretical knowledge and developing professional competence.
The Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Affairs, Садыков Бердикул Кадыркулович, also congratulated the graduating students on beginning their professional placements.
During the conference, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Education at Kuatbekov Peoples’ Friendship University, Купешова Айгуль Куанышовна, expressed confidence that the experience and knowledge gained during the placement would be a step towards future teachers’ professional competence and mastery.
The main task — is to train specialists who meet the needs of modern society. Educated, competitive, inquisitive, fulfilled and well-rounded professionals are in demand today.
