In 2026, on February 11, Academician Ә. Қуатбеков Peoples’ Friendship University surveyed students in years 1–4 on “A Clean Examination Session”.
In 2026, on February 11, Academician Ә. Қуатбеков Peoples’ Friendship University surveyed students in years 1–4 on “A Clean Examination Session”. The survey aimed to identify students’ attitudes towards academic integrity and learn their views on fairness and openness during examinations.
Students in years 1–4 from different faculties and degree programmes participated. Questions covered academic integrity, honesty when taking examinations and attitudes towards cheating and other academic misconduct. Students’ suggestions and views on conducting a fair examination session were also considered.
Most students stressed the importance of academic integrity. They said fairness and openness in examinations improve education quality and enable students to demonstrate their abilities honestly. Many also supported the “clean examination session” initiative and highlighted the importance of developing an academic culture at the institution.
The results showed the need to continue strengthening academic integrity among students and conducting examinations fairly and openly. The initiative promotes honest learning, increases students’ responsibility and supports a high-quality educational environment at the university.
