Graduates of PFU Named after Academician Ә.Қуатбеков Attended a Job Fair

In Shymkent in 2024, on 27 September, the Employment and Social Protection Administration organised a job fair entitled “Honest Work Is a Person’s Pride” as part of Labour Day celebrations.

The fair was held with more than 100 public and private employers from the third major city offering 4 534 vacancies. Graduates of the Peoples’ Friendship University named after Academician Ә.Қуатбеков from 2023–2024, along with graduating year 4 students, attended and received information about available jobs. First Deputy Akim Қуаныш Асылов attended the celebration. Also representing the Peoples’ Friendship University named after Academician Ә.Қуатбеков, Head of the Employment and Internship Department Шалкеева Айсұлу Анваровна invited graduates of teaching and natural science programmes to learn about available positions. More than 30 job fairs have been organised in the city since the beginning of the year, bringing approximately 2 thousand people into employment support programmes.
