Meeting with graduating students on “An Honest Citizen — a Professional Specialist”
Academician А.Куатбекова Peoples’ Friendship University hosted a meeting between representatives of the Department of Kazakhstan’s Agency for Civil Service Affairs and students in years 3-4, aimed at building a positive image of the civil service and attracting talented young people to the sector.
The meeting was attended by Department Head Кадырбеков K. K., University Rector R. A. Kuatbekova, political scientist S. A. Mazhinbekov, students in years 3-4, and master’s and doctoral students.
The meeting was opened by R. A. Kuatbekova — rector of Academician А. Куатбекова Peoples’ Friendship University. Department Head К. Кадырбеков gave detailed information about the new civil service selection system, the School for Young Civil Servants and the opportunity for top university graduates funded through the state educational order to enter the civil service without selection. К. Кадырбеков noted that the Department offers graduates substantial employment opportunities.
Political scientist S. A. Mazhinbekov stressed the importance of strengthening moral values such as honesty, fairness and awareness among the younger generation. He emphasised the special role of professional competence and high ethical standards in the civil service.
During the meeting, students asked questions and received detailed information about changes in the civil service.
