The History and Law Department Marked 25 October — Republic Day

On 23.10.2024, the Peoples’ Friendship University named after Academician Ә.Қуатбеков celebrated the national holiday “25 October — Republic Day”. The university’s History and Law Department and Educational Affairs staff and students contributed to organising the event. It was formally opened by President of the Peoples’ Friendship University named after Academician Ә.Қуатбеков, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor Қуатбеков Нұрлан Әбдімұсаұлы. Нұрлан Қуатбеков said: “Because Kazakhstan became an independent state, we now live peacefully under one shanyrak. We firmly believe the spirit of our ancestors protects our country from bloody upheavals and disasters such as those in neighbouring states. May our skies always be peaceful, and may there be ever more educated and talented young people leading Kazakhstan to new heights!” He congratulated guests, faculty and students on Republic Day, 25 October. Chief Specialist at the Shymkent Department of Kazakhstan’s Agency for Civil Service Affairs Ж.Әлжанова explained new developments and invited students to join the civil service. Several employees received letters of appreciation from the Rector, and the event concluded with a concert.
