Accordingly, in 2023, on 12 April, we held a final conference on the students’ professional internships. The conference was attended by Head of Department Б.Н. Сабенова, departmental internship coordinator Berdibekova Г.С. Абдурахманова Z. A., Ж.Т. Кененбаева, С.М. Тулебаева and А.С.Дильдабекова.
At the final conference, students reported on the work they had completed during their placements. They discussed challenges and achievements and shared their views and suggestions. The pre-graduation placements gave students a thorough understanding of the organisations’ activities, increased their interest in their future professions, and helped them recognise the responsibility those professions entail.
The students said they had successfully combined the theoretical knowledge gained at university with practice, developed professional skills, economic understanding, organisational ability, quick decision-making and business acumen, and grown more enthusiastic about their chosen professions.
Students Ирисбекова Эльнара, Shirinbek Akzharkyn, Abdikadyr Bekzat, Айтбаев Олжас Muratali Tolegen and others spoke proudly of their internships, explaining their substantial contribution to their knowledge and demonstrating their potential to become good specialists. The organisations’ managers promised our students jobs and the opportunity to remain after graduation. These students received letters of appreciation.
Overall, our graduating students reported high evaluations for their internships. We emphasised the importance of graduates’ professional placements in training high-quality specialists and wished our students success in becoming true professionals. We are proud of our students and confident that they will become excellent specialists!
