Outcome of the Meeting with an Employer
At the Peoples’ Friendship University named after А. Куатбекова, a meeting was held between students in years 3-4 and an employer. It was organised by the Head of the Academic and Methodological Administration and the Employment and Internship Department. More than 50 students from the Humanities and Pedagogy and Natural Sciences and Engineering faculties attended online.
The purpose of the fair — to help future specialists find employment and select a suitable job quickly and easily.
Supporting employment for university students in years 3-4 by establishing direct contact with an employer.
The Deputy Head of the Employment and Internship Department, Майлыбаев Марат Серикбаевич, and the employer, Head of Human Resources at the Freedom Finance Bank contact centre, Наурызбаев Асылбек Алдабергенович, informed students about vacancies for managers handling customer calls and invited them to apply.

The meeting included guidance on preparing a CV and successfully completing an interview. The employers highlighted competence in the disciplines they offered and their influence on students’ development into competitive specialists. Students asked questions about their future professional activities. Having received useful information, they proposed expanding their knowledge through practical work in addition to classroom study. The students demonstrated their motivation and determination to become highly qualified specialists in their future professions.
