Shymkent holds a ceremony marking State Symbols Day

On June 4, a celebration was organised in Shymkent to mark the Republic of Kazakhstan’s State Symbols Day.

Shymkent Akim Gabit Сыздыков attended, emphasising that the State Flag, Emblem and Anthem are the principal symbols of the country’s unity and independence.

Students led by our university’s Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Affairs, Б. Садыковым, actively participated in the celebration and expressed their respect for the state symbols. These symbols are sacred values embodying our people’s history, culture and independence.

Such educational events strengthen young people’s patriotic spirit and love for their homeland.
