Shymkent’s Arbat hosted a competition for young florists and designers, attracting around 50 participants. The exhibition featured traditional handmade items and floral arrangements, along with a cultural programme. Design students from Academician А. Куатбекова Peoples’ Friendship University also took part, presenting their creative work.
