General Information
The University of Peoples’ Friendship named after Academician A. Kuatbekov operates a Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001 international standard. The system was successfully certified (ISO 9001:2008) by the Russian Register Certification Association on January 24, 2017.
In 2025, the Russian Register Certification Association conducted a scheduled external surveillance audit against the requirements of the updated ISO 9001:2015 international quality standard.
The quality assurance policy for educational programs aims to establish the University's own education quality management system and ensure high-quality educational services by focusing on students and complying with legal requirements and employers’ expectations. The University's activities across all areas are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
